Terms of Service

Claims
We require claims of any nature––shortages, damages, incorrect titles, tracers, etc.--to be placed within 60 days from the actual billing date shown on the invoice. Claims after this date will be denied.

Deductions
All deductions in payments should reference actual credit memo number and be accompanied by a complete explanation, which will allow us to resolve the deduction in a timely manner.

Returns Policy
We do not charge any restocking fees or limit your returns in any way. The terms of service match the MPS standard terms of service and provide you with a great deal of flexibility in managing your inventory.

Conditions for Credit/Returns
Clicker remotes must be in unopened, saleable condition and returned no earlier than 180 days from invoice billing date but no later than 20 months, unless otherwise authorized.

Materials not eligible for credit will be returned to sender via UPS. Cost of postage will be deducted from credit memo or billed separately in the event of no credit due. Returns on materials which have been “out of print” for more than one year are not eligible for credit and will not be returned.

Credit memos should be used within one year from date of issuance.

Processing Returns :
All returns must be prepaid. No prior authorization required. If returned collect, shipments will be refused, unless prior authorization is granted.

Enclose packing slip with shipment, giving:
Invoice number
Your account number
Date of purchase
Reason for return
Detailed list of contents-including quantity, ISBN and title
Crediting of returns without this information will be delayed

Defective remotes
Worried about defective remotes? We will replace or credit you for any defective clickers that you return to us, assuming you will verify student proof of purchase upon their return of a reportedly defective remote. Returns of defective remotes are processed differently than our standard returns. For detailed information and directions, please contact us at sales@iclicker.com.
