Advancing Pedagogy with Clickers in Higher Education PRESENTED BY: Elizabeth Scheyder, University of Pennsylvania
Clickers are almost becoming commonplace in higher education, and anyone can use them to poll their class on a simple multiple-choice question. But how can instructors go beyond that, and use these simple devices for more advanced purposes? This presentation will describe the creative ways that clickers have been used to advance pedagogy at an ivy-league university, and will provide specific examples that instructors can adapt for their own classes.
